Natasha has over 15 years of experience in the wedding industry. She is successfully booking over 250 weddings and events a year and her expertise is second to none.

 She couldn't imagine doing it without her best friend and husband Paul Tobias-Cooper. 


Natasha owns Natasha’s Weddings & Events, a full service one stop shop specializing in wedding & event planning, event decor, DJ Services, Photo Booth Rentals and now her very own venue, The Cornerstone.

Natasha handles events ranging from corporate parties, charities & meetings to trendy wedding events and social gatherings. No matter what event you are looking to plan Natasha can take on the task of planning, allowing you to experience all the joy and satisfaction that throwing a flawless event has to offer.

Whether it is the wedding of your dreams or the company event of the year, Natasha has impeccable planning skills, communication, connections, dedication and passion to pull together any event that comes her way. Planning Services

Based on our experience and feedback from our amazing clients, we have decided to re-vamp our wedding planning services and offer our clients affordable and customizable ways to plan their big day!


We are now offering wedding planning services at an hourly rate of just $250/hour. Our knowledge and experience are second to none with planning well over 200 weddings a year for the past 10 years. We are efficient and well educated on all of the venues and vendors in our local area.

We've come up with this new pricing as before we offered a flat fee for wedding planning and we've noticed that some clients hardly use up their allotted time that we allocated for within our package price and others are using up more time than what our package price provided. We have grown so much over the past few years and we are so appreciative of the communities continued support in hiring our team for their special day that we just wanted to streamline our working hours and make it feasible for our clients and our staff to be a part of everyone’s special day and have enough hours in the day to accomplish all of the amazing weddings and events.

Some of the examples we do when hired for planning and not limited to are:

-       Discussion of theme, colour, style and complete wedding design

-       Coordination & communication with venues and hired vendors

-       Research of wedding professionals in each category that fits your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance, pros/cons, in making the final decision

-       RSVP and Seating chart management

-       Scheduled in person or over the phone meetings, emails and scheduled phone calls


We also still have our highly demanded "Month of Coordination" package, at a cost of $2995.00 which clients will receive but are not limited to: 

-       A complete detailed wedding day timeline provided to venue(s), vendors, bridal party, family members or anyone who is involved in your special day. 

-       10 hours of wedding day management (I.e. on-site set up, tear down, pickups, deliveries, on-site coordination...etc.)

-       Meeting with the couple up to 1 month prior to finalize all wedding details and to start preparing the timeline

-       Emergency day kit! Can't live without it! You just never know when we have to pull out the Tums or Advil and even a needle and thread!

She was so adaptable and had a second plan for us in mind to transform our outdoor ceremony venue to an indoor ceremony within minutes. They were professional, kind, prepared and effective communicators. Every piece of decor at our wedding was beautiful because of their hard work and attention to detail. Being a crafty bride, I made a lot of my decor and she was able to incorporate all of my personal touches in the ceremony and reception with the exact vision I had always imagined.

DJ Mike was amazing. He interacted with the crowd, worked with our EMCEES, played all of our songs and had almost all of our guest on the dance floor until 1am.

My husband and I could not recommend Natasha’s services more. Without them, we couldn’t have pulled off so many last minute complications with the weather and such a memorable day. As soon as I met Natasha, I knew my wedding day was in good hands and she gave us a day to always remember. "
